DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?
Yes, we supply everything for your convenience.

The only exception being a vacuum is that many of our clients prefer us to use their own vacuum or central vacuum system. This is very helpful and well loved by our staff and clients. However, each team will have their own vacuum in their supply just incase.
DO YOU TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS OR ADDITIONAL AREAS FOR CLEANING?
Definitely! Please, let us know if there is any specific areas you would like us to clean or focus on before while booking.
WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with anything from your clean simply send us pictures within 24 hours and we will solve the issue promptly!
HOW DO YOU CHARGE?
Rates are solely based on the time spent cleaning. Typically, We send in teams of 2 with an hourly rate of $60/hour in Durham Region. If you are a new client with us we require a Deposit for the first hour of your clean.
